Anglian Water Group is seeking an Operational Control Manager for Water Recycling, based in Lincoln. This role supports the Tactical Operations shift teams, ensuring critical call traffic and work requests are prioritised and managed around a 24/7 rota.

The successful candidate will monitor operational systems, liaise with field teams, and ensure water quality compliance during planned and reactive events. A mandatory 12-hour shift pattern applies, with a 12-month secondment opportunity.

Join our team!We are recruiting for an Operational Control Manager for Water Recycling to join our Tactical Operations team. In this role you'll be a key support to the Tactical Operations shift teams, delivering a business-critical service to ensure that all operational call traffic and work requests are managed with appropriate priority.What you'll be doing:The role is our eyes and ears of the 24/7 centralised management function recognising opportunity and threat in real time and responding accordingly.This role utilises the skills of the Tactical Operations team, systems and processes to optimise the centralised control of operational assets in liaisons with field teams.
