Job summary

CIFAS in London, UK is seeking an interim Operational Change Analyst on a maternity cover contract. You will develop operational reporting, dashboards and KPIs, analyse cross-system data, and provide data-driven recommendations to support business performance.

You will drive continuous improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, and act as a Business Analyst for change initiatives, contributing to effective organisational change and fraud prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• A degree level education or equivalent qualification or relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interrogate data and identify insights.
• Experience using SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and advanced Excel to extract and present data.

Responsibilities

• Leading development of operational reporting, dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Analyzing data across systems to identify trends and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Supporting operational teams by resolving data queries and delivering data-driven recommendations.
• Driving continuous improvement by enhancing data quality, systems and processes.
• Acting as a Business Analyst for operational change activities, including process governance and mapping.
• Collaborating across CIFAS to provide SME on projects and change initiatives.
