Delta Capita in London seeks a proactive analyst to support Financial Crime change initiatives, improve MI reporting, and deliver data-driven insights. You will work with cross-regional teams across the EMEA region, using SQL and advanced Excel to analyse processes and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

Support Financial Crime change initiatives and MI reporting enhancements.
Develop, automate and maintain MI reporting for local management and governance.
Analyse business processes, document current and future-state workflows, and drive process improvements.
Assist in change initiatives affecting Financial Crime, ensuring regulatory alignment.
Produce and distribute management reports and data-driven insights for decision-making.
Engage with stakeholders across regions to promote consistent processes.
