Job summary

People’s Partnership is seeking a visionary Head of Operational Planning, MI and Insights to steer forecasting, analytics and reporting. You will shape the operational strategy, lead a team, and drive data-driven decisions in a fast-growing financial services setting.

You’ll oversee the development of an Operational Intelligence function, champion AI and automation, and deliver dashboards and models to support customer demand and strategic growth. Hybrid working in the UK is available.

Qualifications

• Leadership across Operational Planning, MI, Analytics or Operational Intelligence.
• Transformation leadership with data, automation and AI.
• Advanced Power BI and data visualisation expertise.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience in complex operational environments.
• Knowledge of Contact centre forecasting & MI reporting metrics including Erlang.
• Experience in a role with headcount of circa 400.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Planning, Forecasting, MI and Insights functions.
• Develop a multi-year Operational Intelligence transformation strategy.
• Oversee reporting for COO, executives and board.
• Drive improvements in reporting standards.
• Roadmap AI, automation and advanced analytics in operations.
• Automate manual reporting, forecasting and planning processes.
• Lead use of Fabric, Power BI, Copilot and related tech.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive analytic models.
• Manage short to long term forecasting and workforce planning.
• Support operational resilience through workforce modelling.
