We are seeking a senior analytics leader to head up a frontline data team for a flagship client profitability platform used across corporate and commercial banking.

This high-impact role sits at the intersection of data, finance, and business-supporting relationship managers and senior stakeholders with insight into client performance, workforce planning, operational risk and optimisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking analytics or finance data roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial metrics and client analytics.
• Proven experience leading analytics teams and managing complex stakeholders.
• Technical exposure to Python, Power BI, SQL or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a frontline data team delivering end-to-end data solutions.
• Interface between business, finance and technology to resolve data and reporting queries.
• Drive process improvements, automation and data quality.
• Engage with global stakeholders to influence decisions and prioritisation.
• Partner with IT/product teams to enhance platform capability and user experience.
