Osborne Appointments is recruiting for an Operations Technician in a cutting-edge manufacturing facility in the UK. The role supports production and upholds the highest quality standards on a continental shift pattern.

Location: Pencoed, Bridgend. Temporary contract with potential for extension; attractive pay £18.17 per hour with full training and on-site benefits.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/Level 4 or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and SOPs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic Excel and data-entry skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out dispensing and manufacturing activities.
• Maintaining quality and production standards.
• Following GMP, ISO, QRS and Health & Safety procedures.
• Accurately recording production data and documentation.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring effective communication during shift handovers.
• Contributing to a safe, efficient and productive working environment.

What We're Looking For in a Operations Technician:

Essential:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Experience working within a regulated environment
• Knowledge of GMP or quality-controlled processes
