Job summary

Osborne Appointments is seeking an Operations Technician in Pencoed, Bridgend (UK) to support production in a modern, high-tech facility. The role offers a temporary contract with potential extension and a pay rate of £16.03 per hour, with weekly pay and on-site facilities.

You will perform dispensing and manufacturing activities, adhere to GMP/ISO/QRS procedures, and maintain records while contributing to continuous improvement and a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Essential: GCSE Maths and English, strong attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, good communication and teamwork, basic Excel and data-entry skills, flexibility to work shifts.

What We’re Looking For in a Operations Technician:

Essential:

• GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/Level 4 or equivalent)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and SOPs
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic Excel and data-entry skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and overtime when required

Desirable:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Experience working within a regulated environment
• Knowledge of GMP or quality-controlled processes
