One day you may be coordinating maintenance schedules and contractor visits, the next you could be supporting quality documentation, communicating operational updates across the site, or helping to manage health and safety activities. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring operations run smoothly by supporting processes, systems, facilities, and people across multiple buildings and technical teams.

  • An experienced laboratory technician looking for a broader operational role
  • An operations coordinator or administrator from a technical environment
  • A proactive STEM graduate with strong organisational skills and an interest in operations, quality, or health & safety

Quality & Compliance
  • Support Quality Management System (QMS) activities and document control processes
  • Assist with document updates, change requests, quality records, and operational documentation
  • Help ensure operational processes are followed correctly and consistently
  • Maintain accurate records and support quality reporting activities
Health, Safety & Environment (SHE)
  • Support delivery of health, safety, and quality improvement activities
  • Assist with incident reporting, action tracking, and SHE-related processes
  • Contribute to the development of a positive safety culture
  • Support compliance activities and the implementation of best practice procedures
Coordination & Communication
  • Provide updates and communications to large stakeholder groups when required
  • Coordinate meetings, actions, schedules, and operational activities
  • Work closely with technical teams, facilities management, engineering teams, contractors, and administration functions
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation to help resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively
Systems & Continuous Improvement
  • Use systems such as Microsoft Office and D365 to support operational activities
  • Support SharePoint, document management, and operational tracking systems
  • Contribute to process improvements and the development of new operational ways of working
