David Lloyd Clubs in Stevenage is seeking an Operations Assistant to help ensure members feel safe and enjoy an excellent experience every day. You will support multiple club departments with tasks like cleaning, opening/closing routines, greeting members, and assisting teams across the venue.

The role is a frontline position offering opportunities for development and a collaborative culture where members come first. Join us to help build an inclusive club environment.

Qualifications

• Has an overall passion for customer service.
• A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.
