Job summary

PA Consulting seeks exceptional consultants within Defence & Security, Health and the wider Public Sector to design strategies, operating structures and solutions for complex client challenges. You will work with a diverse team and deliver projects from strategic design to programme definition, collaborating across PA.

You will apply a design thinking mindset, demonstrate strong communication, and engage clients from operational to C-suite levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience including defence, health and/or public sector.
• Strong communicator with ability to present to clients and C-suite levels.

Responsibilities

• Work with Defence & Security, Health and Public Sector clients to design strategies, operating structures and solutions.
• Deliver projects from strategic design through organisational design and programme definition.
• Engage with clients and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams across PA.
