Job summary

PA Consulting in the United Kingdom seeks an Operating Model Consultant to help Defence & Security, Health and the Public Sector design strategies and operating models. You will collaborate with a diverse team to deliver projects spanning strategic design, business analysis and programme coherence.

The role requires a design-thinking mindset, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to present to clients up to the C-suite level. Hybrid working with client sites is common.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in strategy, operating models or related consulting.
• Experience shaping business strategy and organisational design.
• Ability to analyse customer value and how technology improves effectiveness.
• Experience delivering within defence, health or public sector organisations.
• Strong communication skills for client engagements and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design strategies, operating structures and solutions for clients.
• Deliver projects spanning strategic design, business analysis and programme definition.
• Engage with clients and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate in blended, federated teams across PA specialists.
