Job summary

PA Consulting is recruiting an Operating Model Consultant for Defence & Security, Public Sector and Health. The role blends strategy, operating-model design and digital transformation, working in cross-functional teams with clients and internal specialists.

You will help design strategies, operating structures, and solutions while engaging clients from operational to C-suite levels. Hybrid working is available, with 2 days per week in the office or on client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in defence, health or public sector domains.
• Experience applying design thinking to complex client challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication for C-suite level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design strategies, operating structures and solutions for clients.
• Collaborate in blended, multi-disciplinary teams with PA experts.
• Engage clients and present insights from operational to executive levels.
• Contribute to the growth and evolution of the Operating Model team.
