Job summary

PA Consulting in the UK is seeking exceptional consultants for Defence & Security and the wider Public Sector. You will design strategies, operating structures and solutions, delivering projects that combine business analysis, organisational design and technology enablement.

You will work in blended teams with experts across PA, engage clients at all levels, and contribute to the growth of the team. A minimum of two years’ experience and willingness to obtain UK security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in consulting or similar advisory roles.
• Experience delivering within or for defence and/or public sector organisations.
• Ability to apply design thinking to complex, societally meaningful client challenges.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design strategies, operating structures and solutions for clients.
• Deliver projects spanning business analysis, organisational design and technology enablement.
• Work in blended teams with PA experts and external specialists.
• Engage and present to clients, from operational to C-suite level.
• Contribute to the growth and evolution of the Defence & Security practice.
