Job summary

Hackajob Ltd is seeking an experienced OpenShift specialist to join our Digital, Data and Cloud team in a hybrid role in the United Kingdom. You will manage OpenShift environments, contribute to ITIL-based application support, and collaborate with Java, database and infrastructure teams.

A UK-based SC clearance is desirable, with eligibility essential; five years of OpenShift experience and strong communication skills are required to deliver secure, reliable application support to our customers.

Qualifications

5 years of OpenShift experience.
UK-based Security Check (SC Clearance) desirable; SC Clearance eligibility essential.
Experience in an ITIL-based application support role.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide in-house expertise and hands-on management of the OpenShift environment.
Participate in requirements gathering and estimate effort for enhancements using OpenShift.
Manage tickets in line with ITIL policies and procedures.
Communicate with customers.
