Job summary

University of St Andrews is seeking an Open Research Manager (Open Access and Publishing) to lead advocacy and outreach for Open Access and to manage OA services within Libraries & Museums. You will oversee Open Journal Systems and Pure workflows, advancing the university's commitment to widely accessible research outputs and rights-retention based OA policy.

The role requires proactive leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to apply evidence-based solutions to develop and expand
