Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Product Manager for the Open Finance Product team to build data-driven products powered by open finance. You will collaborate with Product Leadership, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Legal, Privacy, Finance and regional teams to move opportunities from discovery through delivery, launch, adoption and iteration.

You will develop a deep understanding of open finance data products, plan customer discovery, synthesize evidence and market insight into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; analytical/technical degree preferred.
• Experience building data-driven products or tech-led initiatives.
• Experience with open banking/open finance is a plus.
• Ability to synthesize research into clear product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product leadership, engineering, data science, legal, and regional teams to take opportunities from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Develop an understanding of Mastercard's open finance data products, data sources, enrichment concepts and product behaviour.
• Plan customer discovery with customers, prospects, sales, and implementation teams to identify problems and workflows.
• Synthesize customer evidence, market insight, and internal priorities into opportunity assessments and recommendations.
• Define problems, target users, value hypotheses, MVPs, assumptions, success measures and learning plans.
• Track product performance and surface insights to leadership; support go-to-market plans with finance and sales.
• Collaborate with engineering/data science to understand technical constraints and trade-offs; ensure compliance standards.
