Job summary

Kraken’s Payward Services team in London is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own an end-to-end roadmap for B2B2C platform products (KYC/KYB, lending, unified APIs). You will dive into flows, identify breakages, and drive regulated product delivery from concept to launch.

You will partner with Engineering, Legal, Compliance and Finance to translate priorities into shipped products, balancing regulatory needs with market demands in a global fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a product roadmap for B2B/B2B2C platforms.
• Hands-on KYC implementation, in-house or as a service.
• Ability to work with regulated financial services products.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and build-out for B2B2C platform products (KYC/KYB, lending, unified APIs).
• Define requirements, partner with Engineering on execution, drive concepts through launch.
• Dive into flows to identify bottlenecks and scalability improvements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ship regulated products.
• Support operational functions for US-regulated entities as needed.
