How will you make an impact?

As a Sales Advisor, you will be an ambassador for the company, responsible for welcoming guests into the boutique, introducing them to our culture, clienteling, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that leaves them satisfied and with a watch on their wrist.

At Watchfinder, we value passion and interest in the industry over prior watch experience. We seek individuals eager to learn and grow, providing support from the start of your journey with us.

You will deliver expert customer service and achieve sales targets on a 1:1 basis in an intimate environment, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills and working both independently and as part of a team.

The role includes high-end sales assistance, welcoming walk-ins, clienteling, managing appointments, handling online inquiries, chasing leads, and sales administration.

You must adhere to security procedures, ensuring product safety at all times.
