Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs/Sheets; database management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain journals: prepare new agreements, update systems, request payments, and records.
• Prepare materials for reports, conferences, and board meetings; assist with PowerPoint presentations.
• Request annual journal reports and monitor schedules.
• Handle general inquiries from Springer Nature and external editors/authors.
• Assist with editor recruitment, onboarding, and publishing metrics reporting.
• Support collaboration across departments to meet deadlines.
