Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 8a Advanced Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical leadership across the OPAT service and support activity within the Aylsham Medical Day Unit. You will develop and expand outpatient care, focusing on safe, evidence-based practice and timely discharge from hospital.

Qualifikationen

• Professional Registration with NMC, GPhC or HCPC.
• MSc in Advanced Practice or equivalent level of experience in the Centre for Advancing Practice directory (or similar).
• Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in a relevant clinical field.

Aufgaben

• Lead the OPAT service delivery and expansion with a strong focus on safety and patient outcomes.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and resources for OPAT and Aylsham Medical Day Unit to operate safely.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to promote coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Drive governance, audits and service improvement to enhance patient experience and pathways.
