Vets4Pets Leeds Birstall invites an experienced OOH ECC Veterinary Surgeon to join a 24/7 hospital. The role operates on a 7 nights on, 14 nights off rota, offering clinical variety across surgical, medical, dentistry, and in-house CPD support.

The practice is well-equipped with IDEXX lab, Digital X-Ray, Ultrasound, and ECG, supporting exceptional patient care and professional development. Salary £55,000–£60,000 DOE, plus benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• ECC experience required or equivalent.Must be able to handle complex cases in a high-acuity setting.
• Strong surgical and medical skills with ability to work within a team.
• CPD ongoing commitment and willingness to teach/learn within in-house team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ECC care on an overnight rota with 7 on / 14 off schedule.
• Deliver high-quality surgical and medical management for a busy referral/general practice hybrid.
• Collaborate with night team and support staff to maintain excellent patient and client care.
