Bauer Media Outdoor in London (Euston) is seeking an Agency Group Head to lead a team of Agency Account Directors and Managers, accountable for revenue growth across a patch including Dentsu and Publicis. You will set strategy, develop tailored account plans, and nurture high-level agency partnerships.

This leadership role blends commercial leadership with people management, requiring senior-level storytelling, coaching, and a proactive approach to spotting opportunities and hitting targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in media sales, specifically OOH.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of revenue growth.
• Experience coaching or mentoring others.
• Confident building relationships with senior agency stakeholders.
• Organised, strategic and proactive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Agency Account Directors and Managers and own revenue growth for your agency patch.
• Set strategy for your patch and drive growth across your group of agencies.
• Develop tailored account plans to deepen partnerships and create opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior agency stakeholders (Managing Partners, Business Directors, etc.).
• Coach and develop your team to win briefs and foster agency partnerships.
• Contribute to department-level strategy, planning and forecasting with the leadership team.
