Spark Foundry in London is seeking an Associate Director to lead the OOH Activation team. You will drive planning and buying, build strong client partnerships, and deliver creative, effective media solutions. The role blends strategic thinking with collaboration and innovation to advance client campaigns.

You will mentor an Account Executive and work with cross-functional teams to optimise spend and deliver standout OOH experiences.

Qualifications

Experience in OOH media planning and buying with strong campaign delivery.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
Confidence in managing client expectations and partners.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and buying of OOH campaigns across client accounts.
Act as the day-to-day contact for clients with strategic recommendations.
Build collaborative relationships with Planning, Investment, Media Owners and agency teams.
Oversee campaign execution from briefing to delivery with quality control.
Support forecasting and budget management to optimise spend and growth.
Manage and develop an Account Executive and provide guidance.
Contribute ideas to briefs for innovative OOH solutions.
