Job summary

Starcom, part of Publicis Groupe, is hiring an OOH Manager to join its specialist OOH team in London. You will lead day-to-day planning and delivery of out-of-home campaigns, building strong client partnerships and driving measurable business growth.

Based in London, you'll collaborate with planning, content, data and investment teams, mentor junior colleagues, and help shape innovative OOH solutions while upholding operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in OOH planning and buying.
• Solid understanding of the OOH marketplace and trends.
• The ability to develop strategic solutions that address client challenges and unlock growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging a range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn information into actionable recommendations.
• Experience building positive relationships with media owners, partners and cross-functional teams.
• A collaborative and proactive approach, with an interest in developing and supporting others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day planning and delivery of OOH campaigns, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and become a valued strategic partner.
• Collaborate with planning, content, data and investment teams to create innovative OOH solutions that drive growth.
• Identify proactive opportunities and insights that enhance campaign performance and support broader client objectives.
• Support and mentor junior team members, helping to foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
• Ensure operational excellence, financial accuracy and adherence to agency processes across campaigns.
• Strengthen Starcom's reputation by building effective relationships with media owners and internal agency teams.
