Job summary

WPP Media is seeking an Associate, OOH – Activation in the UK to support the Trading team with administrative duties across client accounts. The role is fast-paced, with opportunities to progress within the organisation and move toward leadership positions.

You will be mentored and supported as you develop experience in OOH planning and execution. The position offers hybrid working arrangements, with office presence required several days a week.

Responsibilities

• Input campaigns into Aureus system
• Assist with optioning and booking campaigns
• Update internal databases as required
• Build rapport with Media Owners
• Undertake location mapping using online tools
• Provide campaign support during and after execution
• Develop knowledge of OOH processes for specific patches
• Create a weekly update for agency planning teams
• Collate and share Media Owner information
• Escalate challenges and issues as needed
• Grow knowledge of the OOH sector through training and events
