WPP Media Limited is seeking an organised admin support role within its Trading team in the UK. You will input campaigns, assist with booking, maintain databases, and build relationships with Media Owners while learning the OOH sector and internal processes.

The role offers exposure to live campaigns, cross‑team collaboration, and ongoing internal training, with a hybrid work approach and opportunities to grow into more senior roles.

Responsabilités

• Inputting campaigns onto the Aureus system.
• Assist with Optioning and Booking campaigns.
• Update internal databases as required.
• Build rapport with Media Owners and planning teams.
• Undertake location mapping using online tools.
• Provide general campaign support during and after campaigns.
• Develop knowledge of processes on specific patch and weekly updates.
• Collate and share Media Owner information.
• Escalate challenges and issues as needed.
• Grow knowledge of the OOH sector through training and events.
