Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Specialists is hiring an Onsite Coordinator in Norfolk (Watton) to manage the temporary workforce on site, coordinate staffing, onboarding and payroll, and ensure client requirements are met.

The ideal candidate is organised, proactive and people‑minded, with strong English and Romanian communication. Previous recruitment experience isn’t essential as full training and ongoing support are provided, with a 4-on/4-off shift and a competitive salary with annual leave.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule the temporary workforce on site.
• Register and onboard new candidates.
• Introduce new starters to the workplace and ensure understanding of site requirements.
• Deliver inductions to new starters.
• Complete payroll administration and daily/weekly reporting.
• Recruit new workers to support ongoing growth.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates and client.
• Support and cover other team members as required.
