Job summary

Alloga, part of Cencora, is seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor for its site in South Normanton. The role is onsite, 40 hours weekly with rotating shifts 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.

You will supervise transport operations, coordinate a large driver workforce and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining compliance and service excellence. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily transport operations and driver activities.
• Lead and support a team of Transport Clerks and drivers.
• Dispatch and debrief drivers with accurate documentation.
• Monitor delivery performance and handle delays, route changes and vehicle issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and transport laws.
• Conduct driver briefings and performance reviews; support development.
