Alloga, part of Cencora, is seeking a Transport Supervisor to join the South Normanton site. You will supervise a busy transport operation, lead Clerks and drivers, and ensure timely deliveries with compliant documentation.

This onsite role requires coordinating shifts and driving performance improvements within a safety-focused environment. The position offers a 40-hour week with rotating shifts (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily transport operations and driver activities.
• Lead and support a team of Transport Clerks and a large driver workforce.
• Dispatch and debrief drivers, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
• Monitor delivery performance and respond effectively to operational issues including delays and route changes.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, Operator Licence requirements and transport legislation.
• Conduct driver briefings, one-to-one meetings, performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Support employee relations activities, including investigations, attendance management and performance discussions.
• Monitor vehicle compliance and temperature-controlled transport requirements, investigating any exceptions.
• Support driver training, wellbeing and development initiatives.
• Manage customer service issues, incidents and accidents in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service performance and cost control.

Alloga, part of Cencora, is looking for a Transport Supervisor to join our Transport team in South Normanton. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient day-to-day operation of a busy transport function, ensuring customer deliveries are completed on time while supporting and developing teams across the operation.
