Job summary

SICPA is seeking a Technical Adviser to provide high-level technical support for a key strategic customer in the United Kingdom. You will be based at the customer's site in Hampshire, reporting to the Technical Customer Support Director, and will help implement and optimize SICPA's solutions.

The role requires designing and validating ink formulations, coordinating with SICPA experts, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring customer satisfaction and successful long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Printing Technology, Materials Science or related discipline.
• Experience in chemical, ink, coatings, packaging, security printing or printing industries preferred.
• Customer-facing technical support experience is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise the customer in design and development of security ink formulations.
• Provide expertise on integration of ink formulations throughout the design lifecycle from proofs to production.
• Act as primary on-site technical contact, coordinating with SICPA experts as needed.
