Job summary

Joules Limited in Market Harborough is seeking an Assistant Sustainability Technologist to join the Quality and Technical team. This on-site role supports data recording, CSR metrics, supplier audits, and EPR reporting, working closely with the NEXT Group team to ensure compliant, timely data management.

You will maintain ESG data, assist with regulatory submissions, and help prepare progress reports for stakeholders. The role requires attention to detail and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or data-entry role, ideally within compliance, sustainability, or manufacturing.
• Strong data handling skills with accuracy and timeliness.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Data Recording & Management for CSR metrics and ESG data.
• Collaborate with NEXT Group team for on-time communication.
• Attend sustainability meetings and report back to wider teams.
• Maintain supplier audits, EPR data, and regulatory reporting information.
• Ensure data entry aligns with procedures and legal requirements.
• Support documentation gathering for compliance audits and supplier renewals.
• Monitor data accuracy, highlight discrepancies, and track certifications.
• Assist in progress reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
