Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Specialists is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to join our Norfolk team and oversee the temporary workforce at a busy food manufacturing site in Watton. The role focuses on staffing delivery, onboarding, inductions and payroll processes.

You will manage attendance, recruit additional workers as needed, and maintain clear communication with candidates and the client. Training is provided; 4 on/4 off shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Organised candidate with excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent English and Romanian communication.
• Calm under pressure with a proactive, independent yet team‑oriented approach.
• Willingness to work on site at Watton and on the food factory shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Manage the existing temporary workforce, including booking staff and attendance.
• Register and onboard new candidates.
• Deliver inductions to new starters and ensure site requirements are understood.
• Complete payroll administration and daily/weekly reporting.
• Recruit new workers to support workforce growth.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates and the client.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure staffing levels meet requirements.
• Provide support and cover for other team members when required.
