Job summary

DEA Aviation Ltd. is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to act as the embedded link between the customer centre, DEA mission crews and support teams at the Dover site.

You will manage day-to-day operational and technical liaison, ensuring sensor outputs are correctly received, displayed and understood in the command centre. This shift-based, on-site role requires calm, credible technical communication and the ability to escalate faults and coordinate with multiple teams to maintain continuity.

Qualifications

• Operational experience in military, law enforcement, border security, or similar environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with live video and sensor feeds.
• Relevant technical qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with customers in live/time-sensitive environments.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dover with security vetting and site access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site DEA representative during shifts and liaise with customer watchkeepers and staff.
• Advise on sensor outputs and platform capabilities to support customer requirements.
• Ensure live feeds, imagery, and data are received and displayed correctly in the Customer's Centre.
• Diagnose interface or display issues and perform basic recovery actions.
• Conduct structured shift handovers and maintain concise operational logs.
• Handle customer information in accordance with procedures and security requirements.
