Job summary

Aureos are seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to work on a 3-month fixed term contract in Eastleigh, Hampshire. The role supports Project Managers to ensure a seamless customer journey from conception through to completion, acting as the key link between customers, teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Essential previous experience in a customer-facing role with stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project environments.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, local stakeholders, and project teams.
• Keep customers informed of progress, milestones, and changes.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Support project managers in coordinating activities from conception to completion.
• Assist with planning, stakeholder communications, and engagement strategies.
• Monitor milestones and flag risks or issues affecting satisfaction.
• Coordinate site access, visits, and project meetings as required.
• Maintain accurate project records and customer contact information.
• Liaise with internal departments, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
