NOV is seeking a Repair Technical Sales Coordinator in Montrose for a 12‑month temporary onsite role. You will support the Repair Technical Sales team with administrative tasks, order processing and repair coordination to keep customer deliveries on track.

In this role you will develop knowledge of NOV systems and processes while collaborating with colleagues across the team in a busy operational setting. Onsite five days per week, Montrose, Scotland.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an administration, coordination or similar support role.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and ability to learn across multiple business systems.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Montrose five days per week.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities supporting the Repair Technical Sales team.
• Process purchase orders and support accurate administration of customer orders.
• Prepare and maintain customer update reports, job information and supporting documentation.
• Monitor sales and work orders, helping the team maintain visibility of priorities and progress.
• Support quotation administration, pricing information and other documentation required by the team.
• Coordinate information with colleagues and relevant internal or external contacts to help keep repair activities progressing.
• Maintain accurate records and use Excel and other business systems to organise and report information.
• Manage competing administrative priorities effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment and provide general support across the team.
