Job summary

The successful candidate will have experience in complex multi-project planning, strong use of MS Project and PowerBI, and solid knowledge of project methodologies, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme or portfolio planning within complex multi-project environments.
• Strong planning and reporting tool skills (MS Project, PowerBI).
• Knowledge of programme and project methodologies.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated programme and project schedules using DXC standard planning tools.
• Align milestones with contractual commitments across the programme.
• Monitor progress and produce reporting, dashboards, and schedule analysis.
• Manage baselines, stage gates, and change control per governance standards.
• Facilitate planning workshops and collaborate with delivery teams, PMO, and senior stakeholders.
• Identify and manage schedule risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Continuously improve planning processes, tooling, and reporting capability.
