Position: Onsite Program Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Program Manager to oversee recruitment operations at our Manchester facility. This role involves managing end-to-end candidate processes, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The position requires occasional travel to other STS locations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Operations:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with HR to issue employment offers and contracts.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies to meet business needs.

Team and Stakeholder Management:

  • Mentor and support recruitment team members.
  • Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee vendor candidate submissions and communications.

Systems and Data Management:

  • Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure accurate and compliant data management.

Strategic Initiatives:

  • Develop talent pools aligned with business priorities.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to enhance candidate experience.

Compliance and Legal:

  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in recruitment.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in aviation or manufacturing.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS and other recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with veteran recruitment is advantageous.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Eligibility to obtain airside passes and complete security vetting (SC).
