Position: Onsite Physiotherapist

We are seeking an Onsite Physiotherapist to join our Specialist Team at providing excellent MSK and Occupational Health services to our client, Dnata at Heathrow.

Role Overview

As an Onsite Physiotherapist with IPRS Health, you will work in a modern clinic alongside the Occupational Health Team, conducting MSK assessments and treatments, with opportunities to develop skills in ergonomics and workplace assessments. You will receive remote support from the wider Onsite Team and Team Lead, communicating with clients, employers, and the IPRS Health team to deliver a high-quality, responsive service to our Dnata client.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Onsite Team Lead in achieving Clinical KPI’s and ensuring the smooth operation of the Heathrow Dnata Site.
2. Manage your clinical caseload, including MSK physiotherapy assessments and treatments, FCE assessments, DSE assessments, and supporting Occupational Health services.
3. Provide timely, quality, and accurate client reports in accordance with IPRS standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Qualified Physiotherapist with at least 5 years of clinical experience.
• Member of the HCPC.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.

Experience:

• Experience in the Occupational Health market.
• Experience in both public and private healthcare sectors.
• Proficient in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and databases.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Attention to detail.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
