Job summary

Capita Recruiting Partnering Project at the Army Assessment Centre in Glencorse is seeking a Physical Training Instructor/Assessor. This hands-on role guides candidates through a structured assessment journey, delivering and scoring assessments with precision and fairness.

You will coach physical activities safely, promote wellbeing and provide guidance on fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. Requires a UK Driving Licence; 37.5 hours per week onsite.

Qualifications

• CVQ Level 2 Physical Training qualification with CPD support.
• Confident instructor and skilled coach delivering sessions.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Briefing, delivering and scoring assessments under test conditions.
• Supporting candidates with clear guidance and encouragement.
• Coaching physical activities safely and effectively.
