Purosearch Ltd. is recruiting an Occupational Health Advisor for an onsite role in Chichester. The position is 3 days per week (22.5 hours) with a salary of £39,500-£46,000 per annum plus a £2,500 onsite allowance. The role focuses on proactive occupational health services within a large automotive manufacturing site.

You will develop strong working relationships on the shop floor, support absence management, and participate in broader health initiatives and flu immunisation clinics.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as an Occupational Health Advisor.
• Current NMC Registration.
• Proactive, friendly and professional with ability to manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases (approximately 6 per day).
• Attend HR and Health & Safety meetings.
• Complete workplace assessments.
• Be the primary onsite OH contact for the business.
