Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Security Assurance Lead to support a client’s Joint Design Team with technical security guidance and governance. This site-based role ensures the right skills and controls are in place to meet stringent client security needs, working closely with account leaders and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in information security management.
• Proficiencies in risk management, compliance, and security technologies.
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent professional certification.

Security Assurance Lead

Location: Hampshire (onsite 5 days per week)

Due to the nature of the work and the customers we support, the successful candidate must be eligible to meet UK Government and contractual personnel security requirements, including the applicable residency requirements for the role, and have the right to work in the United Kingdom. DXC Technology is looking for an experienced Security Information Manager to support a client’s Joint Design Team security lead in the provision of technical security advice and guidance to the Joint Design Team and relevant client Third Parties.

This is a critical, site-based role responsible for ensuring the right skills are in place at the right time to meet client demand, working closely with account leadership, delivery teams, and recruitment.

The Role

Accountable for supporting the clients Joint Design Team security lead in the provision of technical security advice and guidance to the Joint Design Team and relevant Client Third Parties.

Provides technical security guidance into the Joint Design Team, assesses designs and integrations. Supports client security leads and advises third parties; experienced in secure architecture, design patterns and government security expectations.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in change control, incident management and security responsibilities in complex technical environments
• Strong understanding of Security Assurance and delivery models
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in delivery or account teams
• Strong analytical skills, experienced in secure architecture, design patterns and government security expectations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
