Qualifikationen

• Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science or closely related engineering discipline.
• Hands-on experience in industrial metallurgical environments and materials processing.
• Strong understanding of metallurgical processes, development and troubleshooting.
• Proven track record delivering measurable process improvements and scale-up.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of technical specialists, engineers and scientists.
• Provide hands on technical support to manufacturing operations and solve process issues.
• Develop, optimise and improve metallurgical processes and production performance.
• Drive improvements in yield, efficiency, quality, throughput and reliability.
• Lead process trials, scale-up activities and the introduction of new products and technologies.
• Support major equipment upgrades, commissioning and capacity expansion projects.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality and R&D to translate developments into robust processes.
• Champion process safety, technical standards and continuous improvement.
