Russell Taylor Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Team Leader to direct maintenance at our Ellesmere Port site. You will lead the team, coordinate planned and corrective maintenance, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

You will manage contractors, oversee CMMS records, and drive reliability improvements while coordinating shutdowns. A strong mechanical background in heavy industry and leadership experience are essential.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience essential.
• Mechanical maintenance background in heavy industrial environments.
• Experience with CMMS and critical spares management.
• COMAH site experience and IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities at the site.
• Oversee planned, preventive and corrective maintenance safely and efficiently.
• Develop and lead the maintenance team; manage contractors.
• Ensure accurate records in CMMS and coordinate with planning, reliability and procurement.
• Drive equipment reliability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate three planned shutdowns per year and manage shutdown works.
