Job summary

Guidant Global is recruiting for a Material Inventory Controller at RAF Brize Norton, Oxfordshire, on a 6-month contract (likely extension). The role is onsite, 35 hours per week, with pay rates of £18.30 PAYE / £24.47 Umbrella per hour. BPSS+ clearance required with potential to obtain SC clearance.

You will manage material movements, stock handling and documentation to support aircraft maintenance and flying programmes, in a collaborative warehouse team.

Qualifications

• Experience in materials support, logistics or supply chain environments.
• A valid driving licence is required for site access and movement.
• Experience using warehouse systems such as SAP and Excel.
• Team-focused approach with a positive, service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage material movements and transactions in line with priorities.
• Carry out picking, packing, and stock handling with accuracy.
• Ensure all system transactions and documentation are completed correctly (SAP and warehouse systems).
• Maintain accurate stock records and correct storage of materials.
• Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory audits.
• Identify and escalate process or system issues to management.
• Collaborate with colleagues across warehouse and logistics functions.
