Job summary

Professional Technical Ltd in the Grantham area is seeking a Resident Engineer to manage maintenance, service and repairs of material handling equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose faults and perform preventative maintenance on a range of forklifts and trucks.

The role offers progression, extensive training, a company pension and generous holiday entitlement; overtime is paid over a 40-hour week, with an OTE of £40k in the first year.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 qualification is essential.
• Experience in FLT/vehicle maintenance and servicing.
• Technical experience in engines, electrics (diagnostics) and hydraulics.
• IT literate and comfortable with using the latest technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair material handling equipment on the customer's site.
• Diagnose faults and undertake preventative maintenance on forklifts and related equipment.
