Job summary

CBRE, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to support the Ware site on a flexible contract basis. The role is on site with approximately 45 hours on site and flexible working hours.

• Ability to coordinate with contractors and arrange callouts.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with CBRE to arrange maintenance callouts and site visits.
• Communicate with CBRE via phone and email to coordinate issues.
• Conduct onsite checks to identify maintenance issues.
• Follow up on outstanding maintenance and facilities requirements.
• Coordinate waste collection and support general facilities duties.
• Perform general building maintenance tasks as required.
