Job summary

CBRE, Inc. in Ware is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to support day-to-day site maintenance and facilities requirements on a site-based contract. The role involves identifying issues, arranging callouts with CBRE, and ensuring problems are resolved efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities administration or building maintenance.
• Experience coordinating or dealing with maintenance issues and contractors.
• Strong organisation and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with CBRE to arrange maintenance callouts and site visits.
• Communicating regularly with CBRE via email and telephone.
• Conducting onsite checks to identify and assess maintenance issues.
• Following up on outstanding maintenance and facilities requirements.
• Coordinating waste collection and general facilities duties.
