Job summary

Simon Hegele Group is seeking an Onsite Logistics operative to support a high-tech manufacturing client in Bicester. You will handle inbound/outbound flows, stock replenishment for AGV, and material handling within a sterile production environment.

The role involves manual handling and operating MHE such as electric pallet trucks and reach/counterbalance forklifts. Training is provided, and you will work Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 with permanent, full-time status.

Qualifications

Driving licence required.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Awareness of Health and Safety principles.

Responsibilities

Unload incoming deliveries containing high-value, high-tech medical components.
Verify documentation and inspect equipment for damage on receipt.
Prepare outbound shipments in compliance with quality and transport standards.
Replenish AGV pick-up points to maintain continuous production flow.
Operate MHE including Electric Pallet Trucks (EPT) and forklift trucks.
Act as the key on-site contact representing the 3PL provider to the client.
Follow strict process-driven workflows to maintain high safety and quality standards.
