Job summary

TwoScore - HSEQ Recruitment seeks an Interim HSE Manager for a major data center project in London. This site-based role requires strong technical knowledge of M&E and electrical works and hands-on leadership to own HSE performance on a complex, fast-paced programme. You will lead the site team, work with Project Directors and subcontractors, and ensure high HSE standards are maintained throughout the project. This is a London onsite position with daily oversight and proactive safety management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager or Project HSE Lead on major construction projects.
• Data center, electrical or M&E project experience is essential.
• Strong leadership to influence project teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE activity across the project and provide day-to-day leadership to the site team.
• Drive strong HSE performance with Project Directors, Project Managers and operational teams.
• Provide guidance around complex M&E and electrical activities.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
• Review RAMS and support management of high-risk activities.
• Lead and support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Engage with subcontractors to maintain expected HSE standards.
