Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a bright, driven HR Partner to serve as the frontline HR representative to Team Leads and Area Managers at the Fulfillment Center.

You will manage employee queries, support investigations, and help drive a positive Associate experience through engagement initiatives and data-driven insights. As part of the People Experience and Technology Solutions (PXT) team, you will partner with operations and HR to execute programs, lead projects, and ensure compliance with

Qualifications

• Completed university degree before the start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
• HR-related degree or work experience.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language (CEFR C1).

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR topics.
• Manage employee cases in line with local legislation.
• Support investigations in line with local legislation.
• Address workplace environment and employee engagement improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute hiring, recruiting and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain communication plans with the HR team.
